By creating an account and using Cheeeck ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cheeeck is a paid website analysis tool that helps users identify issues with their websites related to SEO, performance, security, accessibility, and other web development aspects. The Service provides automated analysis and recommendations based on submitted website URLs.

3. Account Registration and Requirements

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Paid Service

  • Cheeeck is a paid subscription service with weekly, monthly, and annual plans
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are displayed in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes

4.2 Billing and Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period
  • Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation

4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds may be provided at our discretion if service issues prevent normal usage
  • Refund requests should be submitted to cheeeck@lmth.site
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period

4.4 Failed Payments

  • If payment fails, we may suspend your account after reasonable notice
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding charges
  • Service will be restored upon successful payment

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to analyze websites containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
  • Impose unreasonable loads on our infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to compete with or replicate our business
  • Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others

6. Website Analysis and User Content

6.1 Analysis Rights

By submitting website URLs for analysis, you represent that:

  • You own the website or have permission to analyze it
  • The website content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • You grant us temporary access to analyze the public content of submitted websites

6.2 Data Handling

  • We do not store analysis results or website content
  • Analysis data is processed and immediately discarded
  • We may collect aggregated, anonymous usage statistics for service improvement

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Ownership

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Cheeeck and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms during your active subscription.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

8.1 Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service
  • Material changes to paid features will be communicated in advance when possible

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Analysis results will be completely accurate or comprehensive
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEEECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription or contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Use the Service in a manner that harms our business or other users

Upon termination:

  • We may delete your account data
  • You remain liable for any outstanding charges
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Governing Law and Disputes
